A Quick History
It's the far future and Earth is predictably uninhabitable. A bunch of ships leave out to spread the joy of humans across the universe. One ship ends up on a distant planet with surprisingly amenable inhabitants. The species mix and create a similar society but with more flying cars and flying people. To quote another noted intro I've just discovered:
Information about the future world where humans, half-lites, lytes, and titans live in peace in the far-off year of 12007.
