Ylva Boone
	The main character followed in the story. She's a tome binder, where she goes to a little factory and finishes tomes through magical weaving. The tomes range from magical self-help books like "Bringing out your Inner Phoenix" to more practical books like "How to Properly Source a Garden Golem." As a general fangirl, she follows monster hunters and the popular members of the space federation, so she knows Stokes and Koni in a parasocial relationship type of way. Her best friend, who is a dragon caretaker, is a partial influence: recapping the tales that her dragon tells her in great detail.

Stokes is a high esteemed space pilot who's one of the poster-children for the space federation. She looks different enough in real life to walk around unnoticed and unrecognized. She's a big fangirl like Ylva but mostly due to actually meeting a lot of famous hunters, pilots, and celebrities in general. This comes from wanting to be a pilot from a young age and following through until she was a highly regarded cadet.
